Sarah’s interest in physical fitness began through sports, including gymnastics, cross country, and triathlons. As a graduate of the University of Wyoming, she has always enjoyed being outdoors and staying fit to enjoy activities such as skiing and hiking. Sarah joined MP Fitness in July 2015 and has been a competitive Functional Fitnesster since January 2016. She fell in love with the supportive and fun community at MP. Additionally, the competitive camaraderie that Functional Fitness naturally evokes is unmatched.
Since 2018, Sarah has been sharing her passion and knowledge of Functional Fitness as a coach. Her dedication and expertise led her to become a co-owner of MP Fitness in January 2021. In her role, she continues to inspire and guide our Functional Fitness community, fostering the same supportive and fun environment that drew her to the sport.
